I love this quote. It's so true. How much can you be involved in experiencing a situation fully when you're trying to do something else at the same time?

As Able Parris says, our time and attention are the most valuable things we have.

Eliminating distractions, liberating our mind from having to pay partial attention to several things are the most productive app we have.

This is one of the reasons why I so enjoy running very early in the morning, when it's still quite dark outside (I wear a headlamp), and it is quiet while people are still waking up. Yes, even thoughts fill a space. The only job is running with a few sprints uphill.

Paying attention to the person in front of you during a conversation helps making a connection. Offering attention is the highest form of regard you can give someone.
