Do you know what the most critical piece of information or content is?

The stuff you get *after* a sale.

The pat on the back after you've done something.

The *amen* in spirit and characters, and body language you get when speaking up publicly.

You do most of what you do and say — especially in social media — with the aim to get a very specific kind of feedback.

You want to know what you just did was okay. In fact, okay in not enough. Often you want a resounding *atta boy/atta girl* from the rest of the people.

You're not out there looking to research, or confront ideas through conversation. You're there to tell.

You've already made up your mind.
